| Crime In the Public Eye Introducing PubliQeyes, putting offense and offenders where they need to be, under watchful eyes. PubliQeyes™, iThinQware’s flagship product, is built on a crime mapping engine that allows near real-time reporting of crime data and manages alerts (SMS text messages, emails, RSS feeds of text, video or graphics) sent to any audience. ![]() PubliQeyes has both public and private areas, so law enforcement controls who sees what, when they see it, and what action they can take on the data. PubliQeyes includes all of the functions, reporting tools, and features required for compliance with the 2007 LEITSC standards for police departments as well as the Jeanne Clery Act for colleges and universities. PubliQeyes is also the aggregator that provides important information relating to specific locations such as sex offenders living in the area (with photograph, address, date and nature of offense, and any other data publishable in a particular jurisdiction), information on missing children, most wanted lists, and news stories or third-party content associated with an offense report. With the module installed, law enforcement can link information (rewards, tip lines, video, photos, sketches, etc.) with offense reports, and publish alerts, warnings, maps, and other information to selected audiences (other agencies, specific law enforcement officers, the general public, news media, and Crime Watch associations or other groups). |

The Team Founded in 1997 by Dan Elliott, InteloQuence actually began much earlier, in the 1950's.
You see, Fred Elliott placed his two sons, Daniel and Steven into hi own advertising and design firm's ads for both clients and for the agency itself.
The brothers were, quite literally, born into an ad career. Years later, Elliott was able to draw on a lifetime of experience from the agency business. |
